I fabricated a camera mount that uses the mirror mount for my GoPro HD.  I'll now be shooting video at 1080p instead of the standard dvd resolution.  You can't get the real feeling of how good the camera is from the YouTube clip, but it looks awesome on my 65" TV.

Change of plans.  With all of the rock slides and road closures in the Smokie's, we are going to take 5 days and ride around Arkansas.  Base camps will be in Mountain Home the first couple days and Eureka Springs the last couple.

I would love to go to  Eureka Springs but I'm probably be working O/T as work has told me to plan on it till mid July.
We definatly need to do the lake again it was a blast.

Heading to Eureka Springs in June 18-21.
I want to do the Lake of the Ozarks trip again this summer.

That is so great to hear. I look forward to rideing with you guys some this year but we are putting alot of O/T and were told not to even ask for time off until June so I'm hopping after that we can get in some good rides.

Hey guys.  I'm going to start this post by thanking all those who have been praying for me and who have been checking on me from time to time.  It is both humbling and encouraging to know that people care.

I expect the doctor is going to clear me to drive and ride again when I see him in late March.  I have not had a syncope episode since December, and though we're still not certain what caused it, we're somewhat comfortable that it's gone.  I plan to celebrate by riding!  I have started walking to try to get my core in shape for riding, and on the second weekend in April, BW and I will be heading to Robbinsville, NC to once again challenge the Dragon.

I originally join this group in Jun 07 while I still living in Washington DC knowing that I would be moving back to the St Louis Metro area.  Well, my move back is complete and I look forward to riding with the Show Me Riders this coming reediting season.

My Steed is a 06 Honda ST1300 and I brought the ST new in 07.  My first bike and I look forward to doing some weekend trip with some camping, Hotels will work too..

That's awesome!  Where did you find such a good deal?  I never get in on good deals like this.  It's always somebody else.  I'd love to have it.  Maybe if you put another 89 miles on it and don't care for it you'd sell it to me?
